Pool Leak Detection
In the desert, a leaking pool wastes water and money fast. Evaporation is normal in Las Vegas, but a pool that keeps dropping is not. We find where the water is going, whether that is the shell, the plumbing or the equipment, and then we repair it.

Benefits
Why choose pool leak detection
Stop wasting water
Finding and fixing a leak early saves water, chemicals and the cost of running pumps for a pool that will not hold level.
Protect the structure
Water escaping from a pool can undermine decking, equipment pads and surrounding landscaping.
Find it, then fix it
Because we repair pool plumbing and equipment, you do not need one company to find the leak and another to fix it.

Our process
How our pool leak detection process works
- 1
Confirm there is a leak
We compare your water loss against normal evaporation for the Las Vegas climate and the pool size.
- 2
Isolate the system
We test sections of the system to narrow down whether the loss is in the shell, the plumbing or the equipment.
- 3
Locate the leak
We pinpoint the source with inspection and testing, and document what we find.
- 4
Recommend the repair
You receive a written recommendation and price for the repair.
- 5
Repair and confirm
After the repair we confirm the pool holds its level.

Pool Leak Detection FAQs
How do I know if my pool is leaking?
A pool that loses more water than evaporation explains, wet ground near the equipment, a pump that loses prime, or an auto-fill that runs constantly can all point to a leak.
How much water does evaporation use in Las Vegas?
More than in many climates, especially in summer, with wind and low humidity. We compare your actual loss to what is normal for your pool before deciding there is a leak.
Can a leak be found while the pool is full?
Often yes. Many leak-detection steps are done with the pool full. If the shell must be drained, we tell you before we start.
What if the leak is in the plaster or shell?
Surface or shell leaks may call for repair or resurfacing. We coordinate that work through our replastering and remodeling service.
Do you repair the leak once you find it?
We repair plumbing and equipment leaks. For larger projects we give a written scope and price first.
Do you detect leaks in spas too?
Yes. Pools and spas, including the plumbing and equipment connected to them, are part of our leak detection service.
How much does leak detection cost?
It depends on the size of the pool, the systems involved and how hard the leak is to isolate. We quote the work after we hear about the symptoms.
