Commercial Pool Service for Hotels, HOAs and Apartments
A commercial pool is judged every day by guests, residents and the health district. We handle the cleaning, chemistry, sanitation and equipment checks that keep your pool and spa open, clear and compliant, so your property manager is not the one chasing a green pool in July.

Benefits
Why choose commercial pool service
Water that stays clear and balanced
Our technicians test and adjust chemistry on every visit and record the results, so problems are caught while they are small, not after a guest complains.
Fewer health district surprises
Technicians are SNHD-certified and we maintain pools to Southern Nevada Health District standards, so inspections are routine instead of stressful.
One accountable vendor
Cleaning, equipment repair, backflow testing and closure response all come from the same team. One call, one point of contact, no finger-pointing between vendors.
Water and chemical savings
We use water conservation methods and, where it fits, hydro dynamic cavitation to reduce how much chemical a pool needs. Less waste, lower supply costs.

Our process
How our commercial pool service process works
- 1
Walk the property
We visit your pool and spa, review the equipment, the surface condition and your past health district reports, and learn how the pool is used.
- 2
Write the service plan
You get a written plan with visit frequency, chemical program and what is and is not included, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- 3
Start scheduled service
A certified technician services the pool on the agreed days: testing, balancing, cleaning and equipment checks.
- 4
Document every visit
Readings and notes are logged so your management team and inspectors can see the history.
- 5
Review and adjust
We flag repairs and upgrades early, with a recommendation and a price, and adjust the plan as the season and bather load change.

Commercial Pool Service FAQs
What types of properties do you service?
We work with hotels and resorts, homeowner associations, apartment communities, and commercial properties across Las Vegas. If your property has a pool or spa that the public or residents use, we can talk about a service plan.
How often will you service our pool?
It depends on bather load, season and whether the pool is open to the public. Many commercial pools are serviced several times a week in the Las Vegas summer. We set the schedule in writing after we see the property.
Are your technicians certified?
Our technicians are certified through the Southern Nevada Health District. We also hold a Nevada contractor license, listed on our About page, and have been a longtime member of the United Pool Association.
What happens if our pool fails a health district inspection?
Call us right away. We diagnose the cause, take corrective action and work to restore compliance quickly. See our pool closure response service for the full process.
Can you take over from our current pool company?
Yes. A number of our commercial accounts came to us after other vendors. We inspect the pool and equipment first, tell you honestly what shape it is in, and put a plan and price in writing before we start.
Do you handle chemicals, or do we supply them?
We tell you exactly what is included in the written plan. Most plans include the routine chemicals needed to keep the water balanced, and we quote anything outside that scope before using it.
How do you handle the Las Vegas summer heat?
Heat and sunlight burn through chlorine quickly and increase evaporation. We adjust the chemical program and visit frequency for summer, and we watch stabilizer and water level so the pool does not swing out of range between visits.
How much does commercial pool service cost?
Pricing depends on the size and number of pools and spas, bather load, equipment and visit frequency. We quote every account in writing after we see the property.
